摘要
目前,全球气候变暖备受关注,发展低碳经济成为必然,我国正处在工业化快速发展阶段,实现低碳目标面临许多挑战。本文从碳锁定的基本内涵出发,重点分析了我国在发电领域、汽车消费领域及建筑能耗领域的碳锁定现状,然后基于技术-制度复合体的概念分析了碳锁定的原因,最后从技术创新与制度变迁的视角提出了碳锁定的解锁策略。本研究对于解除和避免我国低碳发展中的高碳锁定,加快低碳经济发展,具有借鉴意义和参考价值。
At present,global warming is getting more and more concerning,and it is inevitable to develop the low-carbon economy.While,for China,it is in a stage of rapid industrialization,so there are many challenges to achieve the low-carbon objectives.In this paper,based on the concept of carbon lock-in,the status of carbon lock-in in the power generation,automotive field and building energy consumption was analyzed,then the analysis of the reasons for carbon lock-in was conducted from the concept of Techno-Institutional Complex,and finally,from the perspective of technological innovation and system changes,the strategies for unlocking the carbon lock-in was proposed.So,to remove and avoid the high carbon lock-in during the low-carbon development,as well as develop the low-carbon economy,the paper has great reference value.
