摘要
采用晶种法,以硫酸铜为铜源,氢氧化钠为沉淀剂,葡萄糖为还原剂制备氧化亚铜。研究了表面活性剂、反应物浓度配比、反应时间等条件对氧化亚铜制备的影响。通过对所制备的试样进行XRD、SEM测试,得到较理想的生长条件:葡萄糖在碱性环境下,以大分子量的PVP和PEG作为表面活性剂,45℃下反应30 min,能还原制备具有良好结晶性的正八面体氧化亚铜。
Here we used copper sulfate as copper source,sodium hydroxide as precipitating agent,and glucose as reducing agent to prepare cuprous oxide particles.We changed reaction conditions: surfactants,reactant concentration ratio and reaction time.The prepared samples were characterized by XRD and SEM.The ideal growing conditions for cuprous oxide: glucose as reducing agent,PVP and PEG with a high molecular weight as surfactants,at 45 ℃ for 30 min,octahedron cuprous oxide particles with good crystalline can be prepared.
