摘要
目的探讨医学模拟教学(SBME)在临床技能学教学中的作用。方法采用SBME方法,对2002—2005年级1 235名临床医学专业学生的临床基本技能进行了训练与考核。结果 4个年级不同学习阶段的体格检查、外科基本操作、穿刺技术考核成绩有显著性差异(F=187.842~749.208,q=4.531~52.743,P〈0.01)。实施SBME后学生的临床基本技能掌握程度明显提高,体格检查、外科基本操作、穿刺技术的提高程度分别为98.3%、94.5%和91.5%。学生对体格检查、外科基本操作、穿刺技术模拟教学的满意度分别为99.6%、92.4%和91.2%。结论 SBME对提高临床医学专业学生的临床基本技能具有重要作用。
Objective To explorer the role of simulation-based medical education(SBME) in clinical-skill training.Methods Using SBME,1 235 medical students,enrolled during 2002—2005,were trained for their clinical skills and appraised.Results Significant differences in basic clinical skills such as physical examination,basic surgical manipulation,and puncture among the students in four different grades were significant(F=187.842-749.208;q=4.531-52.743;P0.01).After implementation of the SBME,the clinical skills improved significantly,the levels of improvement in physical examination,surgical basic manipulation and puncture were 98.3%,94.5% and 91.5%,respectively.The satisfaction degree of the students with stimulation teaching of above three items was 99.6%,92.4% and 91.2%,respectively. Conclusion The SBME is of an important role in improving the clinical basic skills of medical students.
