摘要
目的:探讨临床路径在神经外科护理教学中的运用,并评价其教学效果。方法:将120名实习生随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组采用临床路径教学法,比较两组实习生的教学效果。结果:路径教学组在成绩总评、对带教老师的满意度及综合能力素质测评明显优于传统教学组,经统计学处理,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床路径有助于提高带教质量和提高实习生对教学方法的满意度,促进教学相长。
Objective: To explore the status of clinical pathway in the neurosurgery nursing teaching and evaluate teaching quality effects of it. Method: 120 interns were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group adopted traditional teaching method, observation group adopted the clinical pathway teaching method, compared teaching effects of two groups. Result: The results of observation group which used clinical pathway was much better than control group's in the grade index, the degree of satisfaction to teachers and all-round ability testing , There's statistical significance( P〈0.05 ). Conclusion: Clinical pathway can improve the quality of teaching and the degree of satisfaction to teachers, promote the skills of teachers and their students.
