摘要
成功地实现了泡沫分离、扩散分离及其耦合净化分离原理及其技术应用于塔拉单宁提取分离液耦合净化工艺的工业化生产,满足了塔拉工业单宁酸的生产要求。塔拉浸提液泡沫分离的浸提液浓度为2~5°Be′,温度为35~60℃,浸提液下料高度为1.0~1.5 m,泡沫微细纤维分离量为分离液总固物的12.73%。塔拉浸提液的泡沫特性主要表现了六边形结构,泡层为3~5层,泡寿为3~1 200 s,泡径为2~12 mm。
The principles of foam separation,diffusing separation and their coupling purification have been successfully applied to the coupling purification technology of tara tannin extract solution in industrial scale,which satisfied the requirements of production of tara tannin acid.It was showed that the concentration of tara tannin extract solution should be 2-5 °Be′ at 35-60 ℃,the flowing height of solution was 1.0-1.5 m.Fine fiber amount separated from foam floatation fine was 12.73 % of total solid in obtained tara tannin extract solution.The foam of tara extvact solution was mainly characterized by its hexagonal structure,foam layers were 3-5,foams life was 3-1 200 s,foam diameter was about 2-12 mm.
