摘要
提出将数据包络分析和灰色关联分析应用到多项目资源配置评价问题中.采用DEA方法,对多项目环境下的资源配置有效性进行了分析,并将DEA方法求出相对效率作为参考序列,通过GRA方法对各资源与效率之间的关联度进行计算.通过一个光电子企业的实例分析证实了该方法的有效性和实用性.
Multi-project environment for the evaluation of resource allocation has been studied by proposed DEA and Grey relational analysis.Firstly,the paper analysises the effectiveness of resource allocation in multi-project environment by using DEA method,and the relative efficiency by DEA approached as a reference sequence;and obtain the correlation between various resources and the efficiency by using GRA method.Finally,an optoelectronics business case analysis confirms the validity and practicability of the method for multi-project managers on the allocation of resources under a scientific basis for decision making.
