摘要 运用Flowmaster商业软件,建立了车用发动机冷却系统的一维计算模型;针对一台车用发动机,以冷却系统主要部件的性能参数和曲线作为边界条件,在所建的模型中进行了标定点工况的计算分析,指出冷却系统存在的问题.调整发动机冷却系统的部分参数,通过模拟计算和对比,对影响该型发动机冷却性能的各因素进行了分析. One-dimensional calculation model for vehicle engine cooling system is established by Flowmaster.For a vehicle engine,using performance parameters and curves of the major components of cooling system as boundary conditions,calculation and analysis for working conditions of the calibration points in the built model were carried out,pointing out problems in the vehicle cooling system,and then adjust some parameters of the cooling system.Through simulation and comparison,various factors impacting the cooling performance of this engine were analyzed in detail.
