摘要
在无土种植条件下,测定了重金属Pb、Cd单一及复合污染对玉米幼苗株高、根长的抑制率。结果表明,在单一污染中,同一浓度下,Pb对玉米幼苗根长的抑制率大于对株高的抑制率,Cd对玉米幼苗株高的抑制率大于对根长的抑制率。复合污染下,重金属复合污染物对玉米幼苗根长的毒性效应大于对株高的毒性效应。复合污染总体上表现为协同效应,毒性效应大于单一污染,但在低浓度下两种重金属均促进玉米幼苗株高生长。在复合污染中,当Cd处于高浓度时,在Pb质量浓度为52~208 mg/L范围内复合污染表现为拮抗效应。
In the experiment the inhibition rate of Cd,Pb in single and combined form on seedlings plant height and root length of maize in soilless culture is tested.The results show that with the same content of heavy metals and single pollution,the inhibition rate of Pb pollution on seedling root length is larger than that on the plant height and the inhibition rate of Cd pollution on plant height larger than that on the seedling root length.In combined pollution,the eco-toxicit of root length is larger than that of the plant height.In total,the combined heavy metals pollution indicates synergy,the eco-toxicit effects of pollution is larger than that of the single pollution,but the two types of heavy metal promote the growth of plant height under the low concentrations.When at the high concentration of Cd and 52-208 mg/L concentration of Pb,the combined pollution indicates antagonistic.
