摘要
利用Simulink系统仿真模块对液压破碎锤的活塞、阀芯、容腔及管道建立了相应的数学模型,得到了液压破碎锤的活塞位移和速度的变化曲线及换向阀位移和速度的变化曲线,找出了活塞和换向阀的工作特性。应用Simulink仿真系统方便简洁直观,采用可变阶次的数值微分公式,避免烦杂的刚性算法编程,节省仿真时间。通过改变参数可以改变液压破碎锤的性能,为液压破碎锤的设计提供了参考。
Mathematical models in relevant about piston,cubage cavity,pipe and valve spool are established in a hydraulic hammer by using Simulink.The displacement-time changed curves and velocity-time changed curves of piston and that of valve were gotten in order to get operating characteristics.The advantages of Simulink were simple and intuitive in view,such as it could save time and avoid complex rigid programming algorithms by adopting variable-order numerical differential equations.The performance of hydraulic hammer can be changed with different parameters and provided reference for design of hydraulic hammer.
