摘要
目前大吨位液压设备中普遍采用的双泵供液系统,存在着噪声大、稳定性差、功耗大等缺点;传统泵较少作为马达使用,且转矩较小,难以满足大型液压系统对大转矩马达的需要,因此研究开发大排量泵取代双泵供液系统及开发大转矩马达有着广阔的市场前景和重要的意义。设计一种由隔板、叶片及壳体构成动态压缩腔进行吸压油的大排量新型叶片泵,该泵也可作大转矩马达使用。重点介绍该泵的结构和重要部件的设计。
Currently double pump hydraulic system is commonly used in large-tonnage hydraulic equipment,existing noisy,poor stability,power consumption and other shortcomings.The conventional pump is used less as motor and torque is small,it is difficult to meet the demand of large hydraulic system on large-scale hydraulic torque motor.The research and development of large displacement pump and big torque motor have broad market prospects and important significance.To meet those requirements above,a new large displacement pump was designed which dynamic compression chamber was formed by partition,leaf and shell to suction/pressure oil.The pump could be used as big torque motor.The design of its structure and main parts were illustrated.
