摘要
UV固化灯具是UV固化系统的核心,其工作电压是UV灯具测试系统的主要参数。给出工作电压的检测电路,并用Matlab对测试数据进行1—3阶的拟合修正。对比结果表明:二阶拟合效果最好。拟合修正前工作电压最大误差2.2 V,均方差1.05 V;修正后理论误差最大值0.60 V,均方差0.10 V;实测误差最大值0.59 V,均方差0.157 V。
The UV lamp is the core of the curing system.The working voltage is the main parameter of the UV curing lamp test system.The working voltage of UV lamp was tested in different set voltage.The principle diagram of the test system and the circuit of converting AC voltage to DC were given.Before calibration,the biggest error of voltage was 2.2 V,the mean square error was 1.05 V.According to the test data,1-3 order fitting polynomials were got by Matlab.Through contrast analysis,two order fitting polynomial was adopted to calibrate the test data.The results show that the biggest theoretical error is 0.60 V,the mean square error is 0.10 V;the biggest measurement error is 0.59 V,the mean square error is 0.157 V.
