摘要
"阳光体育"运行机制以社会体育为依托、以学校体育教育为主体、以家庭健身为辅助手段。活动开展过程中,与高等院校相比,中小学存在宣传不够广泛深入、锻炼时间缺乏保障、锻炼方式缺乏趣味性与创新性等问题。问题的解决则需要抓住活动开展过程中的关键性因素,即相关职能部门职责分工、学校的重视程度、家庭的教育观念等,剖析其内涵及重要性,为问题的解决提供一定借鉴。
The operational mechanism of "sunny sports" relies on social sports,takes school physical education as the main part and the family fitness as the supplementary means.It existed the issues such as lack of extensive publicity,short time exercise,and less interesting and innovation in the process of "sunny sports".Solution to these issues requires to seize the key factors in the process of "sunny sports",namely,division of responsibilities between the relevant functional departments,the degree of attention at schools,the concept of family education and so on,to analyze its meaning and importance for a reference of the solution to the problems.
