摘要
医院综合实力的竞争,归根结底是医学科研实力的竞争。科研管理工作是医院管理工作的一个重要组成部分,综合性医院对科研管理人员的素质提出了很高的要求。该文主要分析了医院科研管理人员应具备的素质要求,提出应加强对医院科研管理人员人力资源培训,促进医院科技实力的提升。
The comprehensive competitive strength of a hospital is,in the final analysis,the strength of competition in medical scientific research.The management of scientific research is an important part of the hospital management.As general hospitals,there is a high demand for the quality of scientific research administrator.This paper analyzes the quality requirements for scientific research administrator of the hospital and puts forward that the training of human resources of the scientific research administrators of hospital should be strengthened so as to promote the improvement of scientific research strength of the hospital.
