摘要
采用浸渍法制备了复合杂多酸(H3PW12O40/TiO2,H4SiW12O40/TiO)2催化材料,通过UV-Vis、IR和XRD对其结构进行了表征,研究了合成的催化剂对有机染料亚甲基蓝降解的催化活性。讨论了催化剂投加量、亚甲基蓝溶液的初始浓度、酸度等对催化脱色效果的影响。结果表明,当溶液酸度为pH=3,催化剂用量为40 mg/L,浓度为7mg/L亚甲基蓝溶液在30 W的紫外灯下照射40 min降解率可达93.99%,H3PW12O40/TiO2光催化降解亚甲基蓝为一级动力学反应。
Supported heteropoly acids such as H3PW12O40 /TiO2 and H4SiW12O40 /TiO2 was prepared by immersion method,and characterized by UV-Vis,IR and XRD.Degradation of organic dye methylene blue response under irradiation of UV light catalyzed by the prepared catalyst was studied.Effects of the catalyst quantity,initial concentration of methylene blue and solution pH on decolorizing efficiency of the solution were discussed.Results showed that when pH value of the solution was 3,7 mg/L methylene blue was treated with 40 mg/L H3PW12O40 /TiO2,after decomposed under 30 W ultraviolet light for 40min,the decoloration rate of methylene blue achieved 93.99%.Reaction of photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue with H3PW12O40 /TiO2 follows the characteristic first-order reaction kinetics.
