The Relationship Between Deep Shaft Installation and Mine Ventilation

摘要 冬瓜山铜矿为千米深井矿山,其井筒装备和通风系统设计均有较高要求。本文研究了国内外矿山在刚性罐道井筒装备研究和设计上取得的技术进步.指出锚杆固定罐道梁和方型钢罐道等先进技术在大团山副井中的应用与效果,研究了流线型罐过梁在国外的研究成果,指出冬瓜山铜矿副井宜优先采用流线型罐道梁,并预测了通风节能效果。 Being a 1000m-plus deep mine,the Dongguashan copper mine stringent requirements for shatinstallation and ventilation system design. Based on the technical advancement achieved both at home and abroad in the study and design of rigid cage guide for shaft installation, the paper presents the application performances of bolted cage guide beam and square steel cage guide in the Datuanshan auxiliary shaft. The paper also reviews the advancement achieved abroad of streamline form cage guide beam which is recommended by the author for application in the auxiliary shaft of Dongguanshan copper Mine. The vetilation performance and energy saving are forecasted in the paper.
