摘要
在自制的压力测试仪上对单螺杆挤出机螺旋沟槽固体输送段的压力进行了实验研究,探讨了螺杆转速,沟槽衬套、螺杆的主要结构参数以及物料的粒径大小对挤出机固体输送段压力的影响,同时将螺旋沟槽单螺杆挤出机与IKV挤出机固体输送段的建压能力做了对比。实验研究表明:螺杆转速、沟槽宽度对固体输送段压力影响较小;粒径越小,螺杆螺距越大,挤出机的建压能力越好;与IKV挤出机相比,具有相同的建压能力且比流率较高;实验结果与理论研究一致。
Experimental research on the pressure of solid conveying section in helically grooved feed single-screw extruder was carried out by the self-designed pressure tester.Effects of screw speed,main structural parameters of groove and screw,and particle size of material on the pressure of solid conveying section were discussed.Besides,the pressures of solid conveying section between helically grooved feed single-screw extruder and IKV extruder were compared.The results show that effects of screw speed and groove width on the pressure are not obvious.The smaller particle size and the bigger screw pitch,the higher pressure building ability of the extruder is.Compared with IKV extruder,helically grooved feed single-screw extruder has same pressure building ability and higher screw speed.The experimental results are consistent with the theory values.
