长输天然气管道干空气干燥最优长度优化计算 被引量:2

摘要 天然气管道建成后必须进行水压试验,使管道内含水量较高,输气管道投产前存在于管道内壁和管道低洼处的液态水对天然气有增湿作用,导致天然气露点在输气管道投产初期不能满足管输要求。为此,投产前需要对天然气管道进行干燥处理。干空气干燥是目前广泛采用的干燥方式,通过建立以干燥时间、压缩机费用、干燥空气费用和压缩机运输安装费用为最小的干燥最优长度数学模型的建立,并编制了求解的运算C++程序进行求解,为今后在管道干空气干燥提供理论依据。 After the completion of gas pipeline,pressure test must be carried out,which results in higher water content in the pipeline.Before operation of gas pipeline,gas pipeline needs to be dried because liquid water on the pipe inner wall and at low-lying area of pipe has humidification for natural gas,which can result in decreasing of natural gas dew point to not meet pipeline transportation requirements.To this end,pipeline must be dried before operation.The drying method with dry air is a common drying method at present.In this paper,mathematical model of optimization pipeline length for drying was established to minimize drying time,compressor cost,dry air costs and installation costs,then it is solved with computed C ++ program,which can provide a theoretical basis for drying pipeline with dry air in the future.
