摘要
在昭通经济社会进入快车道发展的今天,昭通高等教育加快发展以适应对人才的需求就变得越来越迫切。规划中的"一本二专"高校布局,理想远大,但却在现实中会面临越来越严峻的生源困境。追溯昭通曾经有过的两所高校并存的历史,再接合现实状况与将来的发展,有助于换一种思维思考昭通高教发展的前途。虽然合并办学有很多难以解决的问题,但权衡分与合的利弊轻重,放弃多高校的布局,选择昭通高校合并办学方式,是利大于弊的。晚合不如早合。以其将来巨额投入之后恶性竞争,没有生源之后被动地合并,不如提早未雨绸缪思考如何克服困难主动合并。
Nowadays,as the economic and society＇s development of Zhaotong is in the fast traffic lane,it becomes more and more urgent that to Accelerate the development of Zhaotong＇s higher education so that it could cultivate more talents to meet the society＇s demand.The programming pattern of ＂One Undergraduate College And Two Junior College＂in Zhaotong is idealization,and it will face stern position such as recruitment of students fresh source depletion in the reality.It would face with the unimaginable difficulty in Several school merging together,but we believe the advantage of school-merge is superior to the disadvantage when we give up the multi-university＇s layout and choose to merge the Zhaotong＇s several college together,although they are just in plan.
