摘要
当前,中国就业形势十分严峻。影响劳动者就业的原因之一,是劳动者自身的就业质量有待提升。因此,要加大人力资本投资,改善教育培训模式,加强职业培训,提高劳动者就业能力。同时要加速增长模式转型和产业结构升级,提高劳动者收入;改善企业用工模式,提高劳动者就业稳定性;推进体制改革和制度创新,依法规范劳动用工行为,实现平等就业。
At present,China is faced with rather severe employment situations.One of the reasons affecting the employment is the unsatisfactory professional quality of the laborers.As a result,it is necessary to increase the investment in human capital,improve the training mode,and strengthen vocational training,so as to enhance the laborers' quality.Meanwhile,it is necessary to accelerate the shift of growth mode and upgradation of industrial structures,increase the income of the laborers;improve the employment mode to ensure the employment stability;push forward system reform and innovation so as to standardize the employment process and achieve equal employment.
