摘要
传统的成本控制方法对水电站混凝土生产系统都会导致计划生产成本及各项降低率指标在预测时就产生了偏差,难以指导生产实际。经过生产实践总结,在具有连续生产、大批量作业、多种类并存、大成套生产设备参与生产等组织特点的龙滩水电站大型混凝土生产系统中,采用了以生产工序费用标准为基础的成本控制体系进行有效的成本控制和管理。
Conventional cost control method causes in prediction differences of planned production cost and reduction rate indexes of hydropower station＇s concrete production system,and is improper to guide production.For the large concrete production system of Longtan Hydropower Station involving continuous production,mass-based operation,co-existence of many varieties,large complete production unit,the cost control system based on cost standard of working procedure is adopted in order to effectively control and manage cost.
