摘要
使用热重红外联用系统,在线表征了采用载气携带反应乙醇气方式进气的乙醇在纳米Ag/K2O/Al2O3催化剂和Cu/K2O/Al2O3催化剂上的原位催化反应。热重到红外之间的可控温传输管的温度对反应物与产物的分离和鉴别特性的影响被考察。由于反应物与产物沸点不同,通过控制传输管的温度能被分离,因此可以有效鉴别反应产物和评价催化剂活性。相比纳米Cu/K2O/Al2O3,纳米Ag/K2O/Al2O3对乙醇的催化反应具有较高的转化率,表现出更高的催化活性。
Online TG-FTIR characterization of ethanol in situ catalytic reaction over Ag/K2O/Al2O3 or Cu/K2O/Al2O3 using a carrier gas carrying ethanol as feed gas was made.The effect of the temperature of transfer line from TG to FITR on the separation and identification of the unreacted reactant and products was investigated.The results showed that the temperature of transfer line had a significant influence on the identification of products.Due to the difference in boiling points,the unreacted reactant and products could be separated by controlling the temperature of transfer line.Therefore,the products could be effectively identified and the activity of the catalysts could be evaluated.Compared with Cu/K2O/Al2O3,Ag/K2O/Al2O3 exhibited an improved conversion of ethanol and activity.
