摘要
在防止通货膨胀上升为主要目标的背景下,就"如何充分发挥商贸流通业稳定物介的功能作用"和十二五时期"推进我国现代流通体系建设的重点与政策"问题发表专业见解。作者认为,在治理通胀的过程中。商贸流通服务业对稳定居民消费价格各具有强大功能,要慎用直接干预。
The author had issued opinions on ＂how to give full play to trade circulation to stable price function and the emphasis and policy about promoting the construction of modern circulation system in Twelfth five-year plan in the main background that preventing inflation rising on published professional opinions.The author believes that Circulation service has powerful function to stabilize consumer prices in the process of controlling inflation,should caution in strong direct intervention.
