摘要
目的观察喜炎平治疗儿童手足口病的临床疗效。方法将168例手足口病患儿随机分成两组,治疗组为喜炎平注射液静脉滴注组,共92例;对照组为病毒唑注射液静脉滴注组,共76例。两组均辅助水溶性维生素静脉滴注,连续治疗7 d后,观察热退、皮疹消退的时间。结果治疗组热退、皮疹消退的时间明显少于对照组;治疗组总有效率为97.83%,高于对照组85.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平治疗儿童手足口病效果显著,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To study the effect of Xiyanping in the treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease in children.Methods 168 children with hand,foot and mouth disease were randomly divided into treatment group（92 cases）and control group（76 cases）.The treatment group was given Xiyanping injection,the control group was given ribavirin injection,and both groups were given vitamins injection for seven days.The time of fever and skin eruption left were observed.Results The time of fever and skin eruption left of the treatment group was obviously shorter than that of the control group.The total efficiency of treatment and control groups was 97.83% and 85.53% respectively.The difference beteween the two groups was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Xiyanping injection is markedly effective in the treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease in children.It is a safe treatment without toxic side effect.
