摘要 目的:探讨高压氧治疗对皮瓣移植存活率的影响。方法:选取我院皮瓣移植患者120例,将其随机分为实验组(68例)和对照组(52例);对照组术后常规预防皮瓣坏死,实验组在常规预防皮瓣坏死措施的基础上加用高压氧治疗;观察两组患者的皮瓣存活情况。结果:实验组皮瓣坏死3例(皮瓣坏死发生率为4.41%),对照组皮瓣坏死11例(皮瓣坏死发生率为21.15%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.267,P<0.05)。结论:皮瓣移植术后加用高压氧治疗,可明显提高皮瓣存活率。 Objective: To investigate the effect on hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of survival ratio of skin tlaps. Methods: 120 cases were divided into experimental group (68 cases) and control group (52 cases). Experimental group were treated with conventional integrated measures and hyperbaric oxygen to prevent flap necrosis; and control group were treated with conventional integrated measures only. The statuses of healing of the skin flaps in the two groups were observed. Results: There were 3 cases of skin flap necrosis in experimental group (incidence rate of the skin flap necrosis was 4.41%), and 11 cases of skin flap necrosis in control group (incidence rate of the skin flap necrosis was 21.15%), and there was significant difference between two groups (X^2=8.267, P〈0.05). Conclusion: The hyperbaric oxygen is obviously effective to increase the survival ratio of skin flaps.
