摘要
栀子的活性成分包括萜类、黄酮类、有机酸酯类、多糖和挥发油等,其中萜类为其主要活性成分。近十几年来,国内外学者对栀子中的活性成分进行了提取分离,并建立了多种检测方法。针对栀子中的萜类成分环烯醚萜、单萜及二萜类成分的提取分离及检测方法进行综述,以期为栀子的进一步开发应用提供依据。
The active constituents of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis include terpenoids,as the major ingredients,flavonoids,organic acid esters,polysaccharides and volatile oil,etc.Recently,large scale of extraction,and phytochemical separation on the avtive ingredients from Gardenia jasminoides Ellis were widely performed,and many determination methods were established.The article reviews the terpenoids of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis,including iridoid glycosides,monoterpenoids and diterpenoids.The extraction,separation and determination of terpenoids from Gardenia jasminoides Ellis were discussed to further enhance the development and application of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis.
