摘要
高校学生干部在学校思想和行政管理中起着十分重要的作用,是架起高校各级学生组织与学生之间桥梁的必要保证。高校学生评价机制不仅对学生个体有重要的评价意义,而且也是选拔高校学生干部的有力依据之一,因此,用实证方法分析和探索二者的相关关系应具有一定的现实意义,同时探索解决对策也是本文的题中之义。
Student leaders of universities play an important role in the management of thought and administration,and it is the requirement to bridge the tertiary student organizations and student themselves.The tertiary student evaluation mechanism not only has the important evaluation significance of individual student,but also is the one of elements to select the student leaders,so it is practically significant to analyze the relationship between the mechanism and the students' evaluation in an empirical way.Meanwhile,exploring to have solutions is also the main concern in this thesis.
