摘要
银杏叶提取物中含有20余种黄酮类化合物,还含有多种营养元素和微量元素,具有保健功能。就银杏叶的采收季节、采叶部位、树龄树种、产地、土质、栽培加工方法对黄酮含量的影响进行综述,并介绍黄酮在食品中的应用,为银杏叶的开发利用提供参考。
There are more than twenty types of flavonoids from ginkgo biloba extractives as well as nutritional elements and trace elements which contribute to improving human's immune functions,boosting metabolism,enhancing intelligence,preserving physical strength and removing fatigue.This article presents the effect of various factors on the amount of flavonoid from ginkgo biloba,including leaf recovery season,where to pick leaves,tree age,varieties of trees,habitat,soil quality,and cultivation method.The author also discusses the applications of flavonoid from ginkgo biloba in food products so as to provide reference for the development of ginkgo leaves.
