摘要
文章从理清组织结构关系入手,分析我国信息资源标准的制定与实施的流程,在此基础上剖析运作体系的特点和流程的现状,指出目前我国信息资源标准工作在职能划分、需求识别、标准制定、征求意见和实施推广方面的不足,并据此提出一系列优化建议。
Starting with sorting out the relationship between organizational structure,this paper analyzes the processes of establishing and implementing domestic information resources standard,based on which analyzes the features of operation system and the current situation of processes,points out the deficiency of domestic information resources standard work in function division,requirement identification,standard establishment,opinions solicitation and implementation and popularization,and hereby puts forward a series of optimization suggestions.
