摘要
企业知识管理绩效评估有助于企业管理者发现管理中的不足,进而改善企业管理状况。文章从增强领导作用、组织结构及创新机制建设、人力资源管理、信息化建设、外部信息利用五方面出发,运用"过程"方法对五矿邯邢矿业有限公司进行知识管理绩效评估,对评估结果进行分析,确定自身改进方向,从而提高企业核心竞争力。
Performance evaluation of enterprise knowledge management can help enterprise managers found management deficiencies and further improve the management status.From five areas,that are enhancing the leadership role,the construction of organizational structure and innovative mechanisms,human resources management,information construction,using of external information,using the ＂process method＂ carried out performance evaluation of knowledge management in Minmetals Hanxing Mining Co.,Ltd,and analysis the assessment results,determine the direction of their own improvement,and improve their core competitiveness.
