摘要 胎儿皮肤创伤后的无瘢痕愈合是人们追求的理想愈合模式。胚胎早期皮肤创伤后愈合迅速且无瘢痕形成,揭示胎儿无瘢痕愈合机制以提高创面修复愈合质量,对临床上瘢痕的防治具有非常重要的意义。近年来虽已做了大量研究,但对妊娠早期胎儿无瘢痕愈合的产生机制还不完全清楚,本文主要从胚胎成纤维细胞及其相关因素方面介绍其无瘢痕愈合的可能机制。 Scarless healing of fetus skin after trauma is ideal healing pattern people hunt for,Wounded fetus skin of early gestation heals rapidly and scarlessly.It is of important significance to reveal the mechanism of scarless healing in wounded fetal skin for the prevention of clinical scar.Although many studyes have been made in recent years,the mechanism of scarless healing is still unclear.This article will introduce its possible mechanism from fetal fibroblasts and its related factors.
