摘要
战略性新兴产业是指在国民经济中具有战略地位、对经济社会发展和国家安全具有重大和长远影响、并具有成为一个国家未来经济发展支柱的新型产业。文章从云南发展战略性新兴产业的重要意义入手,结合云南实际,认为加快云南战略性新兴产业的发展,要加强组织领导,加快实施培育计划;争取国家支持,加快推进优势产业项目建设;建立投资体系,努力突破资金瓶颈;加强自主创新,着力提升核心竞争力;支持鼓励企业成为技术创新主体。
The strategic emerging industry refers to the industry,which plays a strategic position in the national economy,and has long-term and significant effect on the development of economy and society and national security,to be the mainstay industry of the country in the future.Under the background of financial crisis,it is a significant task posed for the nation and region to develop strategic emerging industries.This paper begins with the importance of strategic emerging industry development in Yunnan,and gives some suggestions for speeding up the development of Yunnan strategic emerging industries,considering the reality of Yunnan.
