摘要
论文详细讨论了采用线轨、丝杠作为连接形式的卧式加工中心结构件载荷求解模型。针对机床结构件载荷影响因素的复杂性,进行了变形协调假设,建立了卧式加工中心床身、立柱、主轴箱的参数化载荷求解模型。从机床结构件刚度、外载荷条件、约束条件等三个方面对刚体等效载荷求解模型与弹性体等效载荷求解模型的求解结果进行了分析比较,并对刚体等效载荷求解模型变形协调假设进行了实验验证证明刚体等效模型能够满足结构件性能分析及优化的要求。详细分析了卧式加工中心结构件载荷求解模型的相关参数及求解步骤,开发了相应的载荷求解软件。
This paper discusses the load solving model of Horizontal Machining Center's structures,which uses the linear motion rolling guide and screw as the connection parts.For the complexity of the Machine structure,this paper supposes a Deformation Compatibility and establishes the parameter load solving modal of bed,column and spindle box.Then compare the rigid body with flexible body load solving model in structure stiffness,load conditions and constraints conditions.Some experiments were done to validate the Deformation Compatibility.From these,this paper proved the load solving model of rigid body can be used in the structure's analysis and optimization.This paper also developed a software of load solving model with the analysis of the parameters of Horizontal Machining Center.
