摘要
讨论了对CX8075车铣复合加工中心的床鞍建模,计算出与床鞍实际工作条件相适应的热边界条件,用ANSYS有限元分析软件对其热态特性进行分析,得到床鞍的温度分布和热变形情况,为数控机床的热误差补偿提供了依据。
This article discusses the thermal characteristics of the saddle of high speed turn-milling combined CNC machine center with FEA(Finite Element Analysis)software ANSYS.During the process,it establishes a finite element model for the saddle of the machine tool and calculates its boundary conditions.Finally,it analyzes the conditions of temperature distrubution and thermal deformation on the saddle of the machine tool,which provide the theory basis to compensating the deviation caused by thermal deformation.
