摘要
合理的刀盘结构参数可以有效解决锁刀刚性和刀盘尺寸惯性的矛盾。根据刀盘的结构参数优化设计要求和特点,通过设计变量的选取、目标函数和约束条件的确定,建立了刀盘的结构模型,实现了刀盘的结构参数优化,达到了刀盘质量最轻(体积最小)的优化目的。探讨了利用MATLAB软件优化工具箱中的fmincon函数解决多约束非线性优化问题的基本思路和计算方法。为了对刀盘的结构参数优化结果进行验证,对优化后的刀盘进行了有限元静态特性分析及动态特性分析,仿真结果证实了刀盘结构的合理性,优化结果应用于大连高金数控集团有限公司刀架产品的实际加工。
Reasonable structural parameters of the power tool rest cutter head can effectively solve the contradiction between the locking force of the cutting tools and the inertial of the cutter head dimension.According to the design requirements and characteristics of power tool rest cutter head,and through the determination of the design variables,Objective function and constraint condition of the design of power tool rest cutter head,the structural model of the cutter head is built,structural parameters optimization of the power tool rest cutter head is realized,which attains the expected purpose of making the quality of the power tool rest cutter head lightest,i.e.the volume smallest.Meanwhile the paper discusses the basic thinking and method to use the fmincon function of the optimization toolbox in Matlab software to find the methods of calculation of non-line,single-objective and constrained optimization.To testify the structural parameters optimum design result of the power tool rest cutter head,the static analysis and the dynamic characteristic analysis of the optimized power tool rest cutter head are conducted using the ANSYS software.The simulation results confirmed the rationality of the structure of the cutter head.The optimization result has been applied in practical power tool rest cutter head design and production of Dalian Golden CNC Group CORP...
