二甲双胍对糖耐量减低冠心病患者干预后的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价二甲双胍对糖耐量减低的冠心病患者干预治疗后对心血管事件的影响。方法选取在我院心内科住院,经冠状动脉造影(CAG)证实为冠心病的葡萄糖耐量减低(IGT)者120例,均给予生活方式改善,将其随机分为2组,对照组60例,仅给予常规治疗;二甲双胍组60例,在常规治疗的基础上加用二甲双胍(0.25 g tid)。结果 6个月内120例受试者共5例中止试验,占总受试者4.17%。随访期间对照组心血管事件发生率31.03%(18/58);二甲双胍组心血管事件发生率8.77%(5/57),与对照组相比P<0.05。结论对葡萄糖耐量减低合并冠心病的患者进行及早干预,可以降低心血管事件发生率;应用二甲双胍对葡萄糖耐量减低冠心病患者降低心血管事件是积极有效的。
