摘要
阐述了石化企业的流程型生产模式的管理特点,结合ERP的发展历程、应用特点及企业成功实施ERP的条件,分析了ERP管理系统在石化企业实施过程中存在的问题,提出了相应的改进建议。
This paper expounded the management characteristics of flow-type production mode of petrochemical enterprises.Based on the ERP development course,application characteristics and condition for enterprises to successfully implement ERP,it analyzed the problems in the implementation of ERP Management System in petrochemical enterprises,and put forward relevant improvement proposal.
