摘要
利用自行制做的试验装置,以配制出的强腐蚀环境土为介质,对非预应力锚索和预应力锚索的裸筋以及对有注浆缺陷的锚索试件进行了腐蚀试验,从外观腐蚀状况和腐蚀后的钢绞线力学性能的改变特性进行了研究。结果表明:从外观上看,预应力锚索试件的腐蚀程度总体上比非预应力试件的腐蚀程度要重,含注浆缺陷的锚索试件的腐蚀程度比裸筋的腐蚀程度要重;从其力学性能看,各指标的变化量和外观腐蚀状况是相对应的,不过,对于含注浆空洞缺陷的锚索,预应力锚索力学指标的变化量和非预应力锚索的变化量数值上相差不是很大,这说明了对于有注浆缺陷的锚索,尽管外应力也影响其力学性能的改变,但是注浆条件才是其决定性的因素,所以建议施工中注意控制注浆质量。
By using self-developed equipments,the corrosion tests on the reinforcing steels of non-prestressed cable and prestressed cable and specimens of cables with grouting defects were done in the powerfully corrosive environmental soil,and the corrosion situation of appearance and the mechanical performance change of corroded steel strand were analyzed.The results show that the corrosive degree of the prestressed cable was more severe than that of the non-prestressed cable, and the corrosive degree of the cable with grouting defects was more severe than that of the reinforcing steel;for the cables,the variation of mechanical properties was consistent with the corrosion situation of appearance,but,there was no great difference about the variation of mechanical properties between the prestressed cable and non-prestressed cable with grouting defects,which shows that for the cables with grouting defects,though the out stress has influence on their mechanical properties,the grouting condition is the key factor.So,the quality detection of grouting should be taken into account.
