摘要
目的探讨科宝XS全自动尿沉渣分析仪(简称科宝XS)、IQ200全自动尿沉渣分析仪(简称IQ 200)与标准人工镜检的一致性,同时观察科宝XS和IQ 200检测的重复性。方法同时用科宝XS、IQ 200及FAST-READER SY9502双画格细胞计数板对129例患者尿液标本进行尿沉渣定量计数(红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞),比较3种方法的结果。结果以FAST-READER SY9502双画格细胞计数板手工镜检法为比对金标准,科宝XS检测红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞的灵敏度(83.5%、90.1%、89.8%)、阴性预测值(60.5%、89.2%、94.1%)均高于IQ200检测结果(灵敏度:66.9%、57.7%、18.4%;阴性预测值:43.3%、65.9%、66.8%)(P<0.05)。科宝XS红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞的批内CV(11.01%、10.54%、25.61%)虽低于IQ200批内CV(13.07%、12.54%、35.08%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。科宝XS检测结果与人工镜检法的总符合率及一致性检验Kappa值高于IQ200。结论相对于IQ200,科宝XS表现出更佳的检测性能,与人工镜检的符合率更高,符合临床实验室的检查需要。
Objective To investigate the consistency of COBIO XS automatic urine analyzer(COBIO XS analyzer),IQ 200 urinary sediment analyzer(IQ 200 analyzer) with classical manual microscopy,and to evaluate the repeatability between COBIO XS and IQ 200.Methods A total of 129 urine samples were collected.COBIO XS,IQ 200 and FAST-READER SY9502 double square blood cell counting chamber were used to count the red blood cells,white blood cells and epithelial cells.The results of 3 methods were compared.Results Using FAST-READER SY9502 double square blood cell counting chamber manual microscopy as a comparing golden criterion,the sensitivity and negative predictive values of counting the red blood cells,white blood cells and epithelial cells by COBIO XS(sensitivity: 83.5%,90.1% and 89.8%;negative predictive value: 60.5%,89.2% and 94.1%) were both higher than those of IQ 200(sensitivity: 66.9%,57.7% and 18.4%;negative predictive value: 43.3%,65.9% and 66.8%)(P0.05).The within-run coefficient of variation(CV) values by COBIO XS(11.01%,10.54% and 25.61%) were lower than those by IQ 200(13.07%,12.54% and 35.08%),but there was no statistical significance(P0.05).To compare the results of the total coincidence and consistency with COBIO XS automatic urine analyzer and manual microscopy,the testing Kappa value was higher than that with IQ 200 urinary sediment analyzer.Conclusions COBIO XS shows better performance than IQ 200,and also shows high coincidence with manual microscopy,so it can meet the needs of laboratory tests.
