VDC/AN悬浮共聚树脂的组成及其特性研究

摘要 研究了偏氯乙烯/ 丙烯腈( VDC/ AN) 悬浮共聚树脂的组成、玻璃化温度 Tg 、熔融焓ΔHm 、结晶度 Xc 和溶解度参数δp。结果表明:虽然AN 的竞聚率较大( γAN> γVDC) ,但VDC/ AN 悬浮共聚树脂中AN 含量却低于原料单体中AN 的含量;随着树脂中AN 含量的增加,树脂的 Xc 降低,大约在AN% > 15 % 后,用悬浮法制得的VDC/ AN 共聚树脂为无定形树脂;宽组成分布VDC/AN 共聚树脂的 Tg 与平均组成相同的窄组成分布的树脂近似一致,加热过的VDC/ AN 悬浮共聚树脂的 Tg 会显著升高;树脂的组成对树脂的δp 影响不大。 s The composition,glass transition temperature(Tg),melting enthalpy(ΔH m),crystallinity(Xc)and solubility parameter(δ p) of vinylidene chlorids/acrylonitrile(VDC/AN) copolymers were studied.The results showed that AN content in VDC/AN copolymers was less than that in monomers though the reactivity ratios of AN was greater(γ AN >γ VDC ).Xc of the copolymers was decreased with the increase of AN content in the copolymers.When AN content in copolymers was more than about 15% (by mass part),amorphous VDC/AN copolymers could be prepared by means of the suspension copolymerization.Tg of the broad composition distribution VDC/AN copolymers was nearly close to that of the narrow composition distribution and Tg of the heated VDC/AN copolymers was increased markedly.The effect of composition of the copolymers on δ p of the copolymers was small.
