摘要
应用辐射场黑度分布近似关系,推导了均化后的黑度分布函数,提出以补偿因子、均化率为基础的辐射场黑度补偿、均化方法。讨论了补偿块尺寸与检测参数、材料衰减系数的相关性以及均化限制条件。设计了当均化率κ值为0.82、0.88时的铝合金补偿块,并进行实验。实验测得均化后的黑度分布、均化率与理论设计基本一致。结果表明,应用该方法对辐射场进行补偿,能实现射线照相检测辐射场的均匀性。
Using approximate function of film density distribution in radiation field,the uniformized film density distribution is derived.A radiation film density compensation and uniformizing method based on compensation factor and uniformizing ratio is proposed.Then,the relation among diameters of compensation block,inspection parameters,and material attenuation is discussed.Uniformizing limit condition is obtained.Two compensation blocks made of aluminium alloy are designed with uniformizing ratio =0.82,0.88,and are used in the experiments.Uniformized density distributions and uniformizing ratio measured in the experiments almost conform to the theoretical design.The research results show that applying this method to compensate density of radiation field can realise density uniformity in radiographic testing.
