摘要
分析了抗拉试棒形状误差对测试结果准确性的影响。根据生产铸件的特点,对试棒尺寸参数进行了改进,使测试结果的准确性明显提高,避免了错误的判断。
The influence of the configuration deviation of the test tensile bar on the accuracy of test results was analyzed.Based on the characteristics of the casting,the dimension parameters of the test bar were improved.As a result,the accuracy of test results was obviously enhanced,and the wrong judgement was avoided.
