摘要 本文介绍了应用DOE及CFD软件设计叶轮的新方法,通过CFD的数值模拟,可看到叶轮内部复杂的真实流动状况,为叶轮的设计和改善提供重要的理论依据。通过DOE软件对方案进行优化,最终得到完善的设计方案。 This paper has introduced the application of CFD and DOE software to design impeller.We can observe the real complex flow state of the internal impeller through CFD numerical simulation,which has provided important theory foundation for the design and improvement of impeller.We can obtain perfect design project through the optimization by DOE software.
