摘要
采用自行设计安装的放气量测量装置和DSC差示扫描量热仪对发泡剂AC、Exocerol232 和CCF进行分解动力学和热力学性能测试,研究了泡孔调节剂K-400、ZB-530 对R-PVC基本配方体系塑化性能的影响。
The decomposing dynamic and thermodynamic properties of blowing agents AC,Exoceral 232 and CCF were tested with device to measure the volume of gas given out by blowing agents and the differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The effects of processing agents K 400 and ZB 530 on plasticating properties of R PVC were investigated. The formula of good mixing material for microcellular R PVC extrusion was selected.
