摘要
研究热处理工艺对添加微量La、Cr的G01压铸铝合金组织和性能的影响,通过力学性能测试、金相组织观察及SEM断口形貌观察,分析G01合金热处理后的力学性能的变化规律与金相组织的变化。结果表明:La、Cr的加入使得失效模式由脆性断裂为主转变为以塑性断裂为主;合金在525℃×4 h固溶处理后经过180℃×6 h时效处理,合金的综合力学性能达到最佳。
The influence of heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of die-cast aluminum alloy G01 containing trace La and Cr elements was studied in this paper.The mechanical performance and microstructure of heat-treated alloy were investigated by the tensile strength,hardness,impact toughness test and SEM observation.The results show that the fracture mode is changed from brittle fracture to plastic failure due to the addition of La and Cr elements;the mechanical properties of cast alloy reach the optimum value after 525 ℃×4 h solid solution and 180 ℃×6 h aging treatment.
