摘要
目的探讨超声在乳腺肿块微创旋切术中的应用价值。方法在超声引导下，对乳腺肿块进行乳腺微创旋切术，并行病理学检查．术后进行随访。结果33个肿块中22个为纤维腺瘤，7个为乳腺腺病，4例为乳腺囊性增生。患者术后并发症较少，经随访，未见复发现象。结论超声引导下乳腺肿块微创旋切术是一种安全、准确和有效的根治乳腺良性肿块的微创技术。
Objective ultrasound in XuanQieShu minimally invasive breast lumps application value. Methods in ultrasound-guided, XuanQieShu minimally invasive breast lumps on breast, parallel pathology examination, postoperative follow-up. Results 18 cases of patients with 27 breast lumps removed, pathology 22 for fiber adenoma, 5 for adenopathy. Patients were less postoperative complications, and without recurrence phenomenon. Conclusion ultrasound-guided XuanQieShu minimally inasie breast tumors is a safe, accurate and effective cure for benign breast lumps of microtraumatic techniques.
