摘要
目的探讨肾综合征出血热不同分期患者肾功能损害情况。方法 2006年1月至2010年6月收治的肾综合征出血热患者169例,根据患者的发热程度、血压、尿量、出血量、肾脏损害情况、并发症等临床表现进行分期,观察在各期内进行尿蛋白定性检查、肾功能(BUN、Cr)检测,统计并观察。结果 169例肾综合征出血热患者病例经积极救治,死亡5例,病死率为2.95。低血压期、少尿期尿蛋白定性、BUN、Cr检测与发热期、恢复期比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾综合征出血热患者肾功能损害情况观察,指导临床医生对肾综合征出血热患者应对检查肾功能定期检查,可以及早发现和了解肾脏损伤情况,掌握各期肾功能损伤程度,对治疗起到重要的引导作用。
Objective To investigate the different stages of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in patients with renal damage.Methods From Jan.2006 to Jun 2010,169 cases of hemorrhagic fever with real syndrome were observed in each period,the extent depended on the patient＇s fever,blood pressure,urine output,blood loss,kidney damage,complications and other clinical manifestations of the stage,observe the In each period,the qualitative examination of urinary protein,renal function（BUN,Cr） detection were observed and statisticsed.Results 69 cases of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome patients after active treatment and 5 died,mortality was 2.95%.Hypotension,oliguria qualitative urine protein,BUN,Cr detection and heating period of convalescence comparison significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome renal damage were observed to guide clinicians in patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome,renal function should check the regular inspection,early detection and understanding of kidney damage,to acquire all of the degree of renal dysfunction,the treatment of play an important role in guiding.
