摘要
应用Gentling方程和Arrhenius公式得出熟料的形成速率、反应速率常数及反应活化能等,研究MgO对硅酸盐水泥熟料形成动力学影响;结合X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜分析其对熟料矿物组成和形貌的影响。结果表明:适量的MgO可以促进硅酸盐矿物的形成和熟料煅烧温度的降低;当MgO含量(质量分数)从0增加到2%时,熟料形成反应速度常数从0.745 0×10^(-5)s^(-1)增加到4.5436×10^(-5)s^(-1),反应活化能从386kJ/mol降低到184kJ/mol:当MgO含量超过2%时,熟料形成反应速度常数降低,且反应活化能增大。
The effects of magnesium oxide(MgO) on the formation kinetics of Portland cement clinker were investigated by analyzing the clinker formation rate,the reaction-rate constant(k) and the activation energy(E_a).The k and E_a were calculated according to the Gentling equation and Arrhenius equation.The mineral compositions and morphology of the resultant clinker were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope.The results show the formation of silicate minerals is promoted and the calcination temperature of clinker is decreased at a suitable content of MgO added into the raw meal.The k value increased from 0.745 0×10^(-5) to 4.543 6×10^(-5) s^(-1) and the E_a value decreased from 386 to 184kJ/mol when the MgO content increased from 0 to 2%in mass. However,the reversed results were obtained at the MgO content of2%.
