摘要
采用问卷调查法等方法,以天津市高中校领导、体育教师和在校学生为调查对象,对天津市高中模块教学整体水平现状进行研究分析,认为部分体育教师和学生对模块教学理解程度不够,教师队伍结构不合理、师资水平参差不齐,体育教师与本校教学班实际人数比例失调,教学内容和形式的实施缺乏连贯性、整合性、实用性、合理性和科学性,指导教材、参考资料的缺失以及场地器材等硬件设施的缺少等都是影响模块教学顺利实施的重要因素,并在此基础上提出相应的解决对策与建议。
By means of questionnaire, with school leaders, sports teachers and students in senior high schools of Tianjin City as interviewees, the authors study the current situation of module teaching in senior high schools of Tianjin. They think that some of the PE teachers and students do not quite understand module teaching, the structure the faculty is not reasonable, with the qualifications of teachers varying greatly. The number of teachers is not proportional to that of students. The contents and form of teaching are inconsistent, impractical, unreasonable and unscientific. Apart from these, the lack of suitable textbooks, reference material, apparatus and facilities is also among the factors that hinder the implementation of module teaching. On this basis the authors put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
