摘要
面对严峻的就业形势,原有的高校就业指导模式已不能适应大学生就业能力培养的需要。本文在分析当前就业形势的基础上,重点探讨了新形势下的就业指导形式。
Faced with serious employment situations,the original university employment guidance mode has already been unable to adapt to the demand of cultivating university students＇ employment abilities.Based on analyzing the current employment situations,the paper discusses mainly the form innovation of university employment guidance under new circumstances.
