摘要
按照国家中长期教育规划纲要的指导思想及全国教育工作会议精神,实施"课堂教学"、"实践教学"、"校园文化活动"、"三位一体"的人才培养体系,在课堂教学中采用自主参与、探索研究、合作交流等新课程理念的教学模式,配合及时实践及校园文化活动。实践证明,这种人才培养体系与策略,对全面提高学生素质、培养学生的学习能力、实践操作能力、创新能力有着显著效果。
According to the guiding ideology of national long term educational plan and the sprit of national education conference,to implement three forming an organic whole training system of ＂classroom teaching＂,＂practise education＂,＂campus cultural activities＂,adopt independent participation,exploratory research,cooperation and comunication and other new curriculum teaching model to cooperate with practice campus cultural activities in time.Practice proves that the talent cultivation system and the strategy has significant effect to improve students＇ quality,develop the students＇ learning ability and practice ability,innovation ability.
